This Clinic has Moved to Tigard!
The new clinic is in Tigard off I-5 on Hwy 99
AFC Urgent Care is pleased to announce the move and expansion of its former Lake Oswego clinic. The new clinic is larger with more exam rooms, a procedure room, and multiple drug screening rooms. It is conveniently located between Interstate 5 and Highway 217 on Pacific Highway 99W. The previous Lake Oswego staff is one of the most experienced teams in the area and will continue to operate as a unit at the new Tigard facility. If you are a Lake Oswego patient, contact the Tigard clinic for any questions or to make an appointment with your provider.
