AFC offers four different FDA authorized COVID-19 Tests: 

1. Molecular PCR Test. Typical results in 24 hours but may take up to 72 hours. Self-Pay Price: $179

2. Rapid Molecular Test (Abbott). Results in 15-60 minutes. Valid for travel to certain destinations. (Limited supply) Self-Pay Price: $199

3. Rapid Antigen Test (Quidel). Results in 15 minutes. Not valid for travel. Self-Pay Price: $139.

4. Antibody (send out, blood draw). Results in 3-5 days. Self-Pay Price: $139

All COVID-19 Tests require a Telemedicine appointment to be conducted in the AFC Urgent Care parking lot at the time of appointment. Please complete the pre-registration prior to your visit.

All TeleMedicine visits require completion of a pre-registration prior to your appointment. 

For Non-COVID TeleMedicine visits: Please call or text the clinic to check-in at the time of your appointment. AFC will instruct you on the next steps beginning with a virtual triage by a Medical Assistant followed by a telemedicine link to connect with the provider. 

For COVID testing: Upon arrival at the clinic, check-in from your vehicle via text or a phone call. Once checked in, a medical assistant will triage you over the phone. You will then receive a telemedicine link to connect with your provider. You will discuss testing options during your telemedicine visit. Your agreed-upon test will be performed in your vehicle using a nasal swab. Your medical assistant will notify you of the timeline for results.

To keep our communities and patients safe, we are asking all patients to call (or respond to an AFC text) from their vehicle upon arrival. For those with COVID-19 test appointments, you will be tested in your vehicle. As patient volumes and testing demand are high, please be patient and we will help you as soon as we can.
